广州市食品商会

广州市食品商会成立于2013年4月，是经广州市民政局注册登记的社团组织。是由广州市从事经营或生产食品的企业自愿组成的地方性、行业性、非营利性社会组织。

   本会的宗旨：

   必须遵守国家宪法、法律、法规；遵守国家政策；遵守社会道德风尚，营造行业繁荣，创造良好的经营环境。

   本会的业务范围：

   (1)贯彻执行党和国家有关本行业的方针、政策、法规，开展有关教育、培训、咨询活动，引导会员依法自律经营；

   (2)协调同行业关系，发挥整体优势，促进供销之间的联系，增强会员的合作；

   (3)组织行业之间的交流，业务研讨等活动，协助内引外联，拓展会员的经营业务；组织会员进行调研、访问、参观、考察等各种活动；

   (4)协助会员企业举办和参加各种展销会、交流会；为会员提供信息交流、法律咨询等方面的服务；

   (5)代表并维护会员的合法权益，协调各方面的关系，向政府和有关部门反映会员的意见与建议；

   (6)办理政府有关部门和会员委托的其他业务；

   (7)组织会员开展多形式的联谊活动，沟通会员内外的交流合作渠道，促进友好交往。

Chamber of Commerce

The business scope of Guangzhou Food Chamber of Commerce including the followings:

1) To carry out the policy and regulations issued by the Communist Party of China and to develop the activities on education,training and consultation,leading the chamber members to run the business with self discipline.

2) To coordinate the relationship between the counterparts,to take the overall advantage of the members,to promote the connection between supply and marketing,to strengthen the corporation between the members.

3) To promote the exchanges on industry and to organize the members seminar,to assist the social activities between different industries and the expand the member’s business scope;to organize the member to have investigation,survey,visit,inspection etc activities.

4) To assist the member enterprise to hold the trade fair or to participate all kinds of exhibition;to provide member all the information exchange,legal consultation etc service.

5) On behalf of the members to protect their legal interests and to coordinate each other’s relationship,to propose to government or the department concerned of the comments and suggestions.

6) To arrange the other business entrusted by the government department concerned or the members.

7) To organize the activities to promote the friendships between the members,providing a communication bridge to member’s cooperation and promoting a friendly communication.
